Basta eu não responder ás suas expectativas e já recebo o nobre rótulo de “louca”! Ele é tão eficaz! tem um enorme poder de persuasão. Quase acreditei. Isso tem me feito muito mal. Andei analisando muito e, descobri em terapia, que desenvolvi esse quadro mental e me ancorei. Uma perfeita idiota! Nutri esse padrão. Sou a única responsável. Ando refletindo como tudo isso tem confundido a minha cabeça, transformando minha vida numa montanha russa. Em terapia pude sentir como isso é patológico e me destrói. Estou num processo de profundas mudanças onde busco resgatar minha identidade perdida. Dia destes sonhei que encontrei minha bolsa perdida. “Nela havia todos os meus documentos “. Acordei aliviada.
