Laura entrou na sala de terapia, pela primeira vez, muito angustiada, com uma forte expressão de choro contido! Tinha um par de olhos, castanhos amendoados e os cabelos meio desarrumados, de um tom ruivo, dando uma moldura muito sedutora em seu rosto! Desabou na poltrona! Me sentei em frente à ela! Fixei meu olhar em seu olhar buscando estabelecer um foco entre a gente. Assim que nos prendemos com o olhar, começei a fazer muitas caretas no intuito dela me acompanhar nesses movimentos. A idéia era descontrair os músculos faciais, poder dar um certo alívio e facilitar a nossa conversa. Assim começamos a sessão! Quando senti que foi fácil , sem verbalizar, fui ficando em pé. começei incluir o corpo inteiro, em vários movimentos. A intenção era soltar pontos reprimidos e atingir algum grau de consciência corporal, diante do stress que apresentava!! Muito sensível, ela foi entrando nos exercícios de uma forma inteira. Percebendo a evolução, começei a incluir o som, como um “mantra”! De-repente estávamos numa sintonia muito grande, como se a gente se conhecesse hà tempos! Ficamos o tempo necessário para que Laura pudesse se organizar energeticamente! Devagar aquela expressão de chôro contido, deu espaço à um rosto mais sereno . Desta vez foi ela quem focou em meu olhar! Depois de segundos, Laura entrou num riso incontido, assim como uma criança às vezes faz! Percebi que ainda estava buscando se soltar de alguma energia contida!Estimulei o quanto foi preciso e devagar foi se acalmando, respirando com um rítmo mais natural! Finalmente pude ouvir sua voz suave e macia! Ela então falou: -“Acho que já encontrei o que buscava”! Diante da minha expressão , ela continuou :-“Há tempos não me sentia assim”! Pela linguagem do olhar, iniciamos naquele momento, a sua grande viagem!
