De vez em quando fico pensando como somos invadidos, quase que o tempo todo! Tem sempre um “atrevido”, querendo entrar sem ser convidado! Muitas vezes são pessoas negativas, interferindo em nosso campo energético ! Meu Deus, como tenho vivido essas situações! Eu que sempre fui muito generosa, dá uma vontade danada de não ser mais! Sim, sempre tive um olhar empático com meus semelhantes! O egoísmo sempre foi um sentimento estranho pra mim! Hoje estou me questionando em muitos valores que me norteiam. Fico muitas vezes confusa e isso tem me feito muito mal! Estou precisando de ajuda! Essa foi a fala de Helena quando chegou em meu consultório. Fiquei atenta ouvindo tudo o que verbalizava, observando sua expressão corporal. Queria entender o que estava por trás de toda essa queixa, o que de verdade estava lhe causando tanta angústia! Ela estava visivelmente defendida, com dificuldades de falar o que realmente estava acontecendo. Respeitei o seu momento e estimulei a continuar seu “desabafo” e, esvaziar a “pressão” de seu peito! Em dado momento, num repente, ela se calou! Ficou muito quieta e triste! Olhando em seus olhos, busquei conexão com seu coração. Nesse instante surgiu um pranto tão intenso, tão profundo! A alma veio junto, com dores reprimidas, perdidas ao longo do tempo! Confusão de sentimentos! Peguei sua mão e a levei até o divã. Lá ela pode finalmente respirar, respirar, respirar… Assim foi adentrando no paraíso perdido , lá no fundo de seu ser!
