Alma preenchida, sinônimo de vida plena! A plenitude é um estado energético de profundo equilíbrio emocional! Não é necessário buscar outras fontes! A vida parece leve e com ritmo próprio. É pra poucos! Tive um paciente, Rafael, jovem de vinte e seis anos, num quadro emocional muito difícil pra ele administrar! Estava ancorado num núcleo confusional muito acentuado, com grandes dificuldades de focar objetivos e metas. A vida pra ele não tinha sentido algum! Se perdia nos fatos, sem a menor importância no dia/dia! Tinha momentos em que o vazio era tanto, que sentindo que iria entrar em depressão, se drogava muito! Depois de um tempo fumando maconha, ela já não satisfazia suas necessidades. Precisava de drogas mais pesadas! Foi desta forma que acostumou a se preencher! Assim foi se enganando! Ficou por muito tempo!!! Normalmente entrava numa enorme depressão após o efeito da droga e, quando isso acontecia, consumia mais droga ainda, tentando parar de sofrer! Esse quadro emocional virou um ciclo vicioso! Rafael vinha de uma família desestruturada, com um pai extremamente austero e rígido! Tinha uma mãe com identidade fragilizada e uma irmã que tentava driblar os grandes conflitos e angústias gerado por seus pais. Ela buscava seu próprio equilíbrio, fazendo terapia, tentando organizar a cabeça! O pai sempre exigiu de RAFAEL, o reflexo de si próprio, em todos os níveis! Por ele não responder as suas expectativas, esse pai o desqualificava e o criticava, exaustivamente! Essa rejeição tornou a vida do moço insuportável! Ele tentou fugir desse sofrimento entrando nas drogas! No início era só maconha, depois, quando isso já não abastecia sua enorme carência, foi entrando em drogas mais pesadas! Foi se transformando numa caricatura de si próprio. Extremamente magro, não queria mais se alimentar entrando num caminho com poucas chances de volta. Analisando seu caráter, notava-se uma enorme imaturidade emocional. Ele se expressava como um menino assustado diante da vida! A relação emocional vivida no campo familiar inviabilizou seu amadurecimento, tornando-o um adulto-criança! Não houve chances desenvolver autonomia e auto- confiança! Teve muito medo de crescer e se expressar nas diversas fases da vida! Não houve acolhimento! Com um tratamento prolongado, no seu ritmo, foi enfrentando as dores caladas e as frustrações mal resolvidas de sua vida! Depois de um bom tempo percebeu que podia ser ele mesmo, com qualidades e defeitos! Foi buscando o seu melhor! Se aceitando! Reconhecendo sua força, percebeu que era mais forte do que as drogas que o dominavam! LIBERTOU-SE!
