Resolveu assumir solitariamente essa criança. O pai nem soube desse filho, e como todos os outros homens que passaram pelo seu caminho, foi embora, sem olhar para trás. Marina, esse era seu nome, resolveu ter ” seu fruto”, secretamente e sumir por uns tempos. Só contou o seu segredo à sua grande amiga Susana , também garota de programa. Sabia que podia confiar nela. Foi ter seu filho lá no interior do Maranhão, numa cidade calma e distante da capital. Quando a criança nasceu, um saudável e lindo menino, ela se apaixonou imediatamente. Ele despertou nela um sentimento novo. Ficou assustada. Era um sentimento muito forte, mobilizador! Nesse encantamento, cuidou de sua prenha, amamentou o tempo que conseguiu. De repente, ficou muito preocupada com o futuro, afinal, ela era pai e mãe, ao mesmo tempo. Sentiu uma necessidade muito forte de ter que voltar à trabalhar. Tinha que correr contra o tempo! O seu corpo era o instrumento de seu trabalho, e já não se sentia tão nova! Na verdade , ela tinha uma boa quantia em dinheiro guardada, era uma “garota de luxo” ! Marina tinha se acostumado à esse luxo, ter tudo do bom e do melhor. Pensando nisso tudo, marcou seu regresso de imediato. Ficou num grande conflito, mas não teve jeito. Queria aproveitar o tempo que ainda lhe restava! Deixou sua criança com quatro meses de idade, em uma instituição de bom nível, e partiu com a intenção de voltar assim que a vida permitisse. A vontade do destino, muitas vezes é cruel! Na volta à capital, Marina sofreu um acidente de avião terrível. Ninguém sobreviveu! Mauro, seu filho, herdou da mãe o suficiente para ser educado em boas instituições. Cresceu , virou um homem profissionalmente bem preparado, na área de engenharia, ganhando muito dinheiro. Faltava algo em sua vida, que o dinheiro não conseguia comprar. Não conseguia amar! Sentia um grande vazio no coração! Tinha um monstro interno congelado que o consumia! Procurou terapia, buscando se livrar desse monstro que o impedia de sentir a vida! O fogo já começou a aquecer ! Quem sabe?
