Os sonhos podem ser importantes manifestações do nosso inconsciente. Eles trazem de forma simbólica, conteúdos emocionas que muitas vezes ficaram reprimidos e que estão precisando de resoluções. Muitos traumas e stresses vividos, que não foram conduzidos adequadamente, podem permanecer em formas de conflitos e angústias. Há sonhos que se tornam recorrentes. Muitas vezes eles surgem de formas diferentes, mas com a mesma base de história emocional. É um jeito de tentar tornar conscientes algumas situações emocionais recalcadas e mal resolvidas. Importante dar atenção à todos os sinais e expressões que emergem do inconsciente. Sempre tem um significado particular, para quem sonha. Vou narrar aqui o caso de JOÃO. Homem bonito, inteligente, educado e com comportamento social nota dez! Tem quarenta e dois anos. Teve uma educação muito rígida. Ficou internado num seminário dos nove aos dezoito anos. Recebeu uma formação curricular excelente que o preparou para a vida profissional, com enorme potencial de realização. Fez engenharia e se tornou um grande empresário. Se casou com uma bela psicóloga. Extremamente sensível, muito inteligente e nada reprimida! A grande questão de JOÃO que, por ser também muito sensível e ter sido privado de contatos com seus afetos, teve que se reprimir emocionalmente. Não conseguia nem falar ” EU TE AMO”! Sofreu atrozmente por ter sido afastado da família. Principalmente, de sua mãe e de seu amado gato ,” Nino”! Tinha muitas saudades daqueles pelos brancos macios, daquele miado tão seu! Converteu o sofrimento em muita dedicação ao estudo e a fazer coisas! Resolveu fugir dos sentimentos. Se tornou muito rígido, detalhista e emocionalmente infeliz. Sua vontade era construir grandes projetos e ser admirado por todos.. Essa compensação aguentou até certo ponto! Começou a ter sérios conflitos de identidade e descompensação energética. Em muitos momentos se sentia sem energia, sem libido! Muitos sonhos ! Pesadelos recorrentes! Muita angústia! Sua mulher, LANA, sempre presente, administrando bem as crises e entendendo que ele precisava de tratamento urgente! Ela não podia tratar dele! Poderia dar um “empurrãozinho”. Foi o que fez! Afinal o seu casamento, também estava em perigo! Ela o compreendia e era muito apaixonada. Ele por sua vez, também, já não suportava mais tantas noites mal dormidas e uma certa depressão. JOÃO, inteligente com é, resolveu colocar a “razão à serviço da emoção”! Veio buscar ajuda terapêutica. Queria muito entender o que os sonhos querem lhe falar! Hoje, já reconhece através deles, um menino chorando e desamparado. Pedindo socorro! Outro dia, ele recebeu de seu sonho, um convite transformador : ‘” QUER CONHECER O JOÃO?
