Dia destes, recebi um telefonema de LAURA, amiga antiga, muito amada. Estava desolada! O amor de sua vida, Carlos, foi embora. Ela o expulsou de casa. Flagrou o “mau caráter”, aos beijos, com outra mulher. Não queria acreditar no que viu! Suas pernas bambearam, começou a suar frio, coração disparou… Era o dia do aniversário dele, o cafajeste! Aniversário dele. Laura disse, aos prantos, que tinha acordado alegre e excitada, com a festa surpresa que tinha preparado para ele. Não queria que ele desconfiasse de nada. Como uma adolescente apaixonada, sonhava que ele pudesse sentir o tamanho do amor dela! Fez seu bolo preferido :- “abacaxi com ameixas” e brigadeiros gigantes, que ele tanto adorava. (Se lambuzava todo, como uma criança)! Pensou em tudo. Entrou em contato com os seus amigos de infância; todos aceitaram o convite. Estariam em sua casa às nove da noite! Sensível como é, Laura estava com uma certa angústia, apertando bem no meio do peito. Desde que acordou. Alguma coisa não estava legal. Tinha um pressentimento ruim. Tentou não dar importância. Pensou “talvez fosse coisa da sua cabeça”! Desviou os pensamentos. Mas, a sensação continuou continuou estragando parte de sua alegria. Um medo desconhecido! Naquela manhã do aniversário, no café da manhã, Laura percebeu uma certa distância no olhar de Carlos, tentou beija-lo com o ardor de quem está apaixonada e recebeu um simples “selinho” de bom dia. Estranhou! Negou novamente a realidade. Não queria estragar a festa. Não queria ouvir o seu sexto sentido! Durante o café, trocaram algumas palavras sobre o tempo e o lindo dia ensolarado. Tomando o último gole de seu suco de laranja, Carlos disse que se daria um presente. Iria andar de moto, ao sol! Ele adorava fazer isso. Prometeu voltar para o almoço. Assim que ele saiu, Laura novamente sentiu o maldito pressentimento! Num ímpeto, rapidamente, decidiu segui-lo. Tomou muito cuidado para não ser vista. Nossa, quase morreu! Avassalador o que presenciou. Carlos, parou a moto numa praça a uns trinta quarteirões de sua casa. Lá estava uma mulher atraente, de longos cabelos loiros, blusa vermelha bem justa, marcando os seios fartos e de calça jeans. Depois de trocarem beijos apaixonados, essa mulher subiu na garupa da moto e, juntos, voaram. Laura não sabe como sobreviveu! Por ter um caráter íntegro, leal, nunca passou pela cabeça de Carla, traição. Sempre confiou nele. Por isso não admitiu os sinais. Naquela manhã fatídica, nem sabe como conseguiu voltar para casa. Arrasada, desesperada, quase bateu o carro. Mas, finalmente sentiu que precisava fechar o ciclo. Encarar a realidade. Não dava mais pra fugir. Expressar a dor! Assim que a porta se abriu, quando o ele voltou, na hora do almoço, Carlos, não reconheceu Laura. A imagem calma, educada e meiga costumeira, se transformou numa feroz e desconhecida leoa. Carlos se assustou muito. Ficou petrificado! Definitivamente, Laura estava enlouquecida. Ele tentou se defender dos profundos arranhões que recebeu na alma. Não deu jeito! Entendeu que aquele ciclo tinha terminado para ele. Hoje, a menina meiga chora muito. Noites de terror. Mal dormidas. Fragilizada e insegura. Porém a leoa, não quer nem saber, rejeita-o e se possível o humilha. Sangue nos olhos! Carlos acordou tarde. Busca perdão, não quer perder o amor de Laura!” Culpa devorando Carlos.
