Ultimamente, meu coração tem me incomodado muito. Até parece que é meu inimigo. Não consigo nem mais conversar amigavelmente com ele. De uns tempos para cá, ele começou a disparar, de repente. Parece que vai saltar pela boca. Fui num excelente cardiologista, indicado pelo meu dentista. Precisava saber o que estava acontecendo comigo. Morro de medo de ter um infarto fulminante! O bandido do meu coração gosta de acelerar! Como se não bastasse, concomitantemente, vinham suores frios nas mãos, amortecimentos em algumas partes do corpo e um aumento da pressão arterial. Isso tudo acompanhado de um enorme pavor de morrer. Não dava mais pra continuar assim! Logo que cheguei no cardiologista, não sei porque, piorei. A minha pressão subiu muito. Pensei que ia morrer ali mesmo. Comecei até a tremer. A enfermeira, vendo meu quadro, antecipou o atendimento. Finalmente, estava frente a frente com o meu possível salvador! Doutor Alex. Calmo e sorridente. Fazia uma tarde típica de primavera, no dia da consulta. O médico, bem descontraído, iniciou um diálogo sobre as lindas flores do ipê dourado que tinha bem em frente a janela do consultório. Carregadinho de flores! Irradiava um dourado energético pelo ambiente. Aquele visual e a voz calorosa do médico conseguiram mudar meu foco ansioso. Senti a respiração mais calma… Funcionou como um remédio. Meu coração foi retomando a serenidade que já nem lembrava como era… Quase não acreditei. Voltei a respirar normalmente! Fiquei intrigada. Ele nem tinha me examinado ainda. Eu nem tinha falado de meus sintomas; de todos os meus problemas. Parecia uma mágica! No meio dessas sensações, de repente, o vento da primavera soprou pétalas das flores do ipê, bem em cima da gente. Foi uma sensação incrível!! Enquanto o doutor se ajeitava em sua cadeira, caiu uma daquelas florzinhas douradas no dorso de sua mão. Me chamou a atenção a delicadeza e sensibilidade que ele teve com a pequena flor! Naquele momento eu pude ver sua alma! Num rítmo tranquilo, retomou a conversa. Queria saber de minhas alegrias. De minhas andanças. De meus amores… Comentou que uma moça “tão bonita” devia ter muitas histórias interessantes pra contar!!! Toda essa conversa descompromissada me fez muito bem. Quando ele, finalmente, quis saber sobre a minha queixa, eu já tinha quase me esquecido do tremendo mal estar dos últimos tempos. Doutor Alex, claro, fez os exames de praxe. Terminou a consulta me dizendo que eu tinha que fazer as pazes comigo mesma. Que o meu coração estava muito zangado, por eu não deixar ele se expressar. O meu quadro era psicossomático. “TRANSTORNO DE ANSIEDADE”! Esse quadro emocional era o gerador dos inúmeros sintomas que estavam me torturando nos últimos tempos. Disse que eu não era cardíaca. Nossa, que alívio! Essa era uma das minhas cenas temidas. Terminando a consulta, me senti mais segura. Com muita esperança de finalmente ter encontrado o caminho da cura. A receita do médico foi simples e direta: muitos alongamentos, respiração, exercícios aeróbicos e uma boa psicoterapia. Saí do consultório mais leve. Caminhando pela avenida, fui sentindo a brisa da tarde acariciando todo o meu corpo, mostrando como a vida pode ser bela. Num momento seguinte, subitamente, o meu coração tentou brigar comigo, novamente. Quase entrei em desespero. Rapidamente resgato a imagem do ipê dourado e da sensação de cura que ele causou em mim. Fui melhorando novamente. Aquelas flores tem poderes! Dourado no coração, combina mais comigo!
