Há trinta anos sou uma profissional da área da saúde. Fiz essa escolha muito consciente. Sabia o que queria para minha vida. Meus pais não me apoiaram nessa escolha. Queriam que eu seguisse na área de exatas e me especializasse em finanças. Não se conformavam que, sendo filha única, não me interessasse pelos negócios da família. Meu pai tinha uma grande empresa de brinquedos, muito conceituada no meio empresarial. O grande sonho dele era me preparar para dar continuidade aos negócios. Sofri um bocado! Edson, meu pai, era articulado e rígido. Não se conformava com a minha decisão. Ficou uns tempos sem falar comigo. Confesso que, muitas vezes, pressionada, entrei em grandes conflitos. Cheguei a encostar na depressão. Reagi! No momento decisivo, decidi leal a mim mesma. Fui fazer psicologia. Sempre me intrigou os desajustes do comportamento humano, queria entender a natureza do desequilíbrio psicológicos e mentais. Porque tantas dores e sofrimentos? Tantos sentimentos contraditórios que levavam as pessoas a entrar num beco sem saída. Exatamente no lugar temido! Queria estudar muito e poder ajudar. Precisava disso para dar sentido a minha vida. Não hesitei em nenhum instante pelo caminho escolhido. Fui em frente. Me formei. Fiz especializações. Doutorado. Trabalhei duro! Pude compreender em meu trabalho que, existem dores tão intensas que chegam a anestesiar os sentidos. Despersonalizam. A pessoa se transforma numa caricatura dela mesma. Na maioria dos casos que acompanhei, pude me deparar com os reflexos dos danos que o desequilíbrio emocional acarreta na mente e muitas vezes no corpo também, em maior ou menor grau. Tanto em homens quanto em mulheres. Neste momento estou atendendo em minha clínica uma mulher de trinta e poucos anos. Há alguns meses, desolada, veio buscar ajuda. Expressando muito cansaço de viver. Muito abatida. Pálida. Triste. Nos olhos sem brilho, um grito de socorro. Derradeiro! Estava no limite de suas forças. Aquela figura frágil, descabelada e meio trêmula, voz baixa e rouca, me tocou profundamente. Me transportei por instantes, para o lugar emocional em que ela se encontrava. Sem identidade. Sem desejos. Sem vida. Apenas sobrevivendo do jeito que dava. Assim como um animal muito ferido. Abandonado no meio da rua. O pedido de socorro em seu olhar me sensibilizou. Senti que ainda havia chances! Aqueles olhos tristes, mostrou o caminho que deveríamos iniciar naquele momento. O meu acolhimento se fez vital. O choro chegou. Chegou forte. Assim como uma represa quando abre as comportas. Choro forte e revelador. Expressou mágoas profundas. Feridas mal cuidadas. Trouxe o recente amor perdido na esquina do destino. A inconformidade com a traição. Loucuras não assumidas. Auto- destruição e auto- sabotagem! Nos instantes em que me senti como no lugar dela, esmoreci energeticamente. Perdi as pernas, no entanto, rapidamente me recompus. Busquei contato com o meu lado saudável. Naquele momento consegui lhe oferecer um útero. Clara se entregou. Naquele momento, seu coração se aquietou. Dai em diante, um novo processo de vida. Gestação de sua nova identidade emocional. Nesses poucos meses de gestação, dá para perceber movimentos e sensações de renascimento. Noutro dia, numa sessão mais mobilizadora, Clara conseguiu se olhar no espelho. Olhou no fundo de seus olhos e num tom forte e incisivo gritou: Clara eu te amo! Ficou repetindo. Muitas vezes, até à exaustão. Acho que aquele confronto foi salutar. De lá para cá, Clara ficou mais leve. Organizada e feliz. Muitos planos e sonhos a caminho. “SOL ESTÁ NASCENDO”! (Corpo e mente, unidade funcional). REICH.
