A minha alma andou perdida nesses últimos anos. Acho que andei roubando a mim mesma. Me meti em confusões emocionais, compulsivamente, sem ter a exata percepção do que estava acontecendo comigo. Só o meu coração devia ter essa noção. Traiçoeiramente não me avisou. Ele se envolveu com sentimentos intensos e conflitantes e resolveu fazer uma viagem emocionante pelo mundo das paixões. Escolheu nesse percurso, como instrumento estimulador desse estado delirante a “pessoa errada”. Fantasiei sonhos pintados de um vermelho intenso. Tudo começava num fogo morno. Aquecedor. Gostoso! Intensificando-se lentamente num fogo ardente, de queimar, tomando conta de todas as minhas entranhas. Prazer e dor se misturavam, tão harmoniosamente, confundindo a minha cabeça. Foram vezes repetidas. Eu me nutrindo daqueles alimentos deliciosamente envenenados. Fora do chão, me sentindo plena! Eram tantos os sabores! Quando eu sentia alguma indigestão emocional mais aguda, pensava que tudo logo passaria. Nesses momentos o que prevalecia era o medo de entrar na dor. Assim fui desenvolvendo o vício de me enganar pela vida. Hoje sei que essa atitude funcionava como um placebo. Não conseguia cuidar da minha dor e nem das sequelas. Meu coração se protegia nos escombros dos sentimentos destrutivos. Buscava um novo olhar no mesmo espelho. Como se isso fosse transformar essa forma de funcionar diante da vida. Esse acúmulo de angústias e conflitos, sem que eu me dessa conta, foi desenvolvendo sintomas orgânicos importantes, abalando a minha saúde. Ficou corriqueiro. Sempre que eu vivia um stress mais intenso, concomitante, acontecia um empachamento abdominal. Havia um silêncio contínuo e dolorido em meu ventre. Muita ansiedade e medo. É como se meus intestinos não tivessem mais movimento algum. Uma angústia inquietante teimando em me acompanhar, roubando a sensação do bem estar físico. Eu ficava duplamente infeliz, tanto orgânica como emocionalmente. Um caos! Esse padrão só terminava com a resolução do stress. A calmaria durava pouco. Recomeçava com um novo e intenso stress, sem eu ter controle algum sobre esse quadro. Foi assustador viver essas somatizações por um tempo tão prolongado. Ao mesmo tempo, eu continuava cega emocionalmente, persistindo na “escolha errada”. Como se fosse o ar que eu respirava. Achava que não resistiria viver sem aquela pessoa. Minha identidade ficou comprometida. Nessa gangorra louca a que eu me entreguei, um grito de socorro. Algo dentro de mim sinalizou um basta! Não tive dúvidas: procurei psicoterapia, buscando ajuda. Decisão mais importante que consegui me permitir. A escolha responsável pelo meu auto-conhecimento. Entender o que acontecia comigo naquele quadro de dependência emocional doentia foi a possibilidade que encontrei de me integrar saudavelmente. Resgatar minha autonomia emocional e lucidez de possibilidades de escolhas. Sair da gangorra de sentimentos destrutivos e sensações enlouquecidas que me transformavam num fantoche. Compreendi que fui vítima de mim mesma. Saldo: fiz as pazes com o meu segundo coração. Aprendi como o seu silêncio é revelador! Aprendi também que ele é amigo íntimo do meu outro coração. Responde a todos os seus queixumes e pulsações. Os movimentos peristálticos gostam do sabor dos alimentos saudáveis que colocamos em nosso interior! Brinca e dança gostoso quando está feliz! Alimentos e emoções saudáveis são o seu fraco. Detesta excesso de ansiedade e sentimentos amargos. Assim que o conheci mais intimamente, me apaixonei. Sua lealdade me fascinou. Percebi que dentro de mim há um mundo novo pra conquistar. Quanto à pessoa errada? Sei lá! Deve estar perdida procurando novas vítimas. Já sei me defender. Entendi que a vitalidade dos meus corações depende de mim. Precisam da minha escolha para serem felizes! Na última sessão pude ouvir os seus ritmos. ” ADOREI A MENSAGEM QUE RECEBI”!
