CORAÇÃO CONFUSO (CONFLITO)

Sílvia chegou em meu consultório, ansiosa, ofegante, com uma enorme necessidade de se expressar! Mal sentou no divã e desabou num  desabafo intenso! Em seu relato dizia estar prestes a ter um ataque de nervos! Não conseguia entender a confusão em que se sentia. Tinha procurado terapia, indo buscar forças pra reconhecer o que precisava ser mudado. Falando de suas queixas, trouxe um marido sem sensibilidade suficiente, pra ser o seu companheiro de verdade! Alex, esse era o seu nome, segundo ela, não a respeitava nem a valorizava. Ao mesmo tempo dizia ainda ser apaixonada por ele. “CONFLITO INSTALADO”! Se sentia sem identidade nesse relacionamento! O grande medo era não saber se conseguiria viver sem o seu ” grande amor”! Enquanto dizia isso, tinha as seguintes expressões: ” Quero liberdade de escolha para uma vida saudável”!”Consigo sim, não vou me submeter ao ego de Alex! -“Meu Deus estou tão confusa”! ” Quero romper barreiras emocionais, desconstruir humilhações, frustrações”!” Sera que é possível conciliar”? Será que meu casamento ainda sobreviverá? Será que valerá a pena?… Acho também que tenho meus erros! Tenho que considerar isso! Não reconheço mais minhas escolhas! O ser humano me assusta! Ser sincero e leal é para poucos! Alex me assusta! Pensando bem o dinheiro pode ser o grande vilão desta história toda. As coisas começaram a mudar a partir da busca desenfreada em ganhar cada vez mais!  Meu marido foi se tornou mais insensível e rígido! Parece que pra ele tudo ficou em segundo plano, até nosso casamento! Ele diz que estou louca, maluca! Que me ama loucamente! Que precisa ganhar muito pra nossa segurança na vida! Que segurança é essa que destroi a relação de confiança e parceria? Que aniquila o tesão e o companheirismo? Bem, quero fazer algo por mim. Acho que terei que rever meus valores e sentir o que posso e devo fazer pra melhorar o meu coração. Não quero continuar cobrando o preço de uma antiga traição! Assim Silvia tentou expôr a confusão que  estava consumindo sua energia e desestabilizando seus dias!
