Desde pequena sempre ouvia a minha mãe falar da importância de comer saudavelmente. Naquela época, eu não entendia bem o que isso significava. Lembro-me, com quatro anos de idade, sentada numa cadeirinha de madeira, pintada de amarelo com a mesinha azul, presente de meu avô, minha mãe insistindo pra eu experimentar um prato de salada muito colorido. Achei bonitas aquelas cores enfeitando a minha mesa. Lembro de pegar minha boneca “Liza” e lhe dar, com a mão, pedacinhos da salada. “Come, filhinha, comidinha boa!”. Quando fui provar o gosto daquele alimento, estranhei e não queria comer. Minha mãe, depois de insistir muito e perceber que eu não aceitava, com muita paciência e criatividade, pegou minha bonequinha em seu colo e, juntas, limparam o prato. Aquilo me intrigou. Quis imitar minha mãe; afinal, eu já estava ficando mocinha! Tudo o que ouvia, repetia pra minha “filhinha”. Dessa forma, fui aprendendo a me alimentar com mais qualidade e entendendo os “porquês”. Claro que, muitas vezes, como qualquer criança, eu ficava emburrada e infeliz por querer o que a televisão mostrava com tanta atratividade. Minha mãe adorava cozinhar e isso foi um dos motivos dela estudar os alimentos e suas consequências em nosso organismo. Assim , fui crescendo com muita saúde e energia. Já na escola, tive uma amiguinha que sempre levava de lanche pães, bolachas e muitos doces. Nunca uma fruta ou legumes, como eu fazia. Em pequenas doses, eu também comia doces e pães, mas era a minha mãe quem fazia, de forma natural. Ela colocava mel, era uma delícia! O tempo passou, mudei de escolas. Nunca mais vi a minha amiguinha de infância. Fiquei moça, entrei na universidade. Me formei em psicologia. Me especializei na importância dos alimentos do corpo e os da alma. Estou feliz com as escolhas que fiz na vida! Neste último fim de semana resolvi ir ao cinema, assistir a uma comédia e rir um pouco; estava uma noite tão linda! Tive uma surpresa incrível. Estava também na fila de entrada, a amiguinha que foi tão querida por mim. Na verdade, ela quem me reconheceu. Eu tinha reparado numa mulher muito acima do peso, em minha frente. Como a vida traz algumas coincidências, só o destino explica! Caiu da mão dela um chaveiro, bem pertinho de meus pés. Percebendo sua dificuldade em se abaixar, pra resgatar suas chaves, rapidamente me abaixei para ajuda-la. Assim que me levantei, encontrei o mesmo sorriso e par de olhos de Laura, a antiga amiguinha, dos tempos da escola. Fiquei confusa e só fui identificar quem ela era, quando, num gesto de alegria e saudades, ouvi dela: “não acredito no que está acontecendo! Quanto tempo!”. Num abraço choramos como duas crianças. Depois de todas as sensações gostosas que esse encontro provocou, decidimos, em vez de entrar no cinema, ir a um barzinho próximo, colocar a conversa em dia. Foi maravilhoso sentir tantas emoções e resgatar uma amiga. Percebi nesse nosso encontro o quanto ela ainda se alimenta muito mal. Entendi a causa provável de sua obesidade mórbida. Minha amiga não está feliz! Acho que tenho uma missão. Nosso reencontro não foi por acaso. Laura precisa de ajuda!!!
