A sociedade, em grande parcela, é hipócrita. Os valores essenciais ficaram distorcidos. Confiança e respeito genuíno quase não existem. Como viver num mundo assim? O que fazer para tentar restabelecer valores essenciais para um mundo melhor e mais equilibrado? Desenvolver pessoas mais seguras e felizes? O trabalho preventivo no ampliar da consciência é fundamental nesse propósito. Isso deve começar no núcleo familiar, ou, ainda, nas mulheres gestantes. E em todos aqueles que se dispõem a preparar seres humanos para o mundo. Estimular a buscar dentro de sentimentos que gerem atitudes saudáveis. Sentimentos de respeito, aceitação e acolhimento. Qualquer mudança transformadora deve ser a partir do “SI” (DE DENTRO PARA FORA)! Vou contar aqui o caso de HELENA: Moça de caráter rígido, inteligente e super esforçada. Filha única. Foi criada em uma família de classe média alta. Teve quase tudo que o dinheiro pode comprar. Não teve o que mais precisava! Sua mãe, sempre entregue a vaidades fúteis. Pouco conheceu a filha. Pai, um renomado advogado, narcísico. Diferente de sua mãe. Ele a mimava e ao mesmo tempo a sufocava! Desde que Helena era criança, ele a induziu a ser advogada. Nunca se preocupou em saber se era isso que ela sonhava para a sua vida. Queria deixar seu legado à ela. Decisão tomada. Não se discutia. Afinal, ele tinha batalhado tanto pra subir na vida! Controlada e conduzida pelo pai, “DR.ALFREDO”. Esse foi o caminho de Helena… Frequentou as melhores escolas. Cursou a melhor universidade. Destacou-se como excelente aluna. O pai, sempre muito orgulhoso da “sua menina”! O tempo passou rápido. Como era de se esperar, ela se formou com louvor. Foi trabalhar com o pai. Pegou logo o ritmo da empresa. Depois de uns anos ele foi forçado a se aposentar. Saúde precária. Desenvolveu uma doença degenerativa. Helena ficou com o império e, rapidamente, se estabeleceu como a importante substituta do DR. ALFREDO. Cresceu muito! Conseguiu fama e sucesso profissional. Ganhou um bom dinheiro. Trabalhava como um robô. Nunca parou para questionar a sua vida. Para compensar os dias intermináveis que passava no escritório lotado de trabalho, a jovem Helena frequentava muitas festas, nos fins de semana. Nem sempre com as melhores companhias. Só não queria ficar sozinha. Precisava relaxar nas bebidas. Já tinha virado um hábito. Certa vez, numa dessas festas, já em sua quarta batida de gim com morango, Helena começou a dançar as músicas caribenhas que ali tocavam. Meio embriagada, deixava o corpo se expressar sem censura. Girava, girava! Sozinha. Olhos fechados. Naquele momento parecia que só ela existia! Seus pés quase que tropeçavam um no outro. As pessoas que ali estavam abriram espaço para que ela pudesse continuar sua dança frenética. Nunca tinha se soltado assim. A impressão que dava é que queria exorcizar os demônios presos em seu peito. Assim ficou por infindáveis dez minutos. Quando perdeu quase todas as forças das pernas, se jogou no chão. A cabeça ainda girava muito. Num repente, se sentiu mais leve e começou a rir muito. “Assim como uma louca”! Passada essa experiência, foi levada para casa pelo seu motorista particular. Na semana seguinte, logo na segunda feira, resolveu que queria se auto conhecer e sentir novas sensações. Tinha gostado da cena vivida. Nem foi trabalhar, naquele dia. Na noite anterior, tinha sonhado que era psicóloga. Desejo contido, que nunca expressou a ninguém. Buscou uma terapia de auto-conhecimento. Encontrou um ótimo terapeuta. Já está em terapia há quatro meses e vem se sentindo com alegria de viver. Numa das últimas sessões, num trabalho de profunda respiração, conduzido pelo terapeuta, entrou num movimento de profunda libertação. Num repente, começou a emitir um som gutural que foi aumentando, até virar um grito primal, assim como dos animais. Esse som, rouco, primitivo, vinha das entranhas! Ali, ela soltou todos os sentimentos e desejos reprimidos. Essa catarse trouxe uma necessidade enorme de mudar rumos. De finalmente se ouvir! Não queria continuar seguindo o caminho profissional do pai. Não precisava mais responder às expectativas de ninguém para ser admirada e amada. Iria ouvir a voz do coração. Decisão tomada. Hoje, já tem a coragem de ser FELIZ!
